You heard it here first... it won't stop snowing in Lake Tahoe. Yup, we received a few more feet over the weekend. It's going to be a killer summer! Speaking of summer... summer bodies are made in the winter. And I've been working pretty hard.
It's never to late to start hitting the gym, yoga, running, etc. just get moving. All it takes is a little determination, inspiration and cute Workout clothes! I'm a firm believer that you'll burn a few extra calories if you're rocking cute gear. Guess what? I'm sharing all my favorite pieces!
Sports Bra / Tank / Hydro Flask / Leggings / Leggings / Hoodie / Shoes
As I get older I'm all about investing in quality gear such as shoes, sports bras and even leggings. Every month I add as least a new tank, sports bra, etc. I have the split tank in grey and am in Love with the teal color it's perfect for spring.
SKINS USA hooked me up with some gear for spring and so far I'm in love. Seriously though. I rocked the Remote T Bar Tank [c/o] to the gym on Saturday and received so many compliments. Stay tune for a full review.
Thoughts on 17.2
I'm not going to lie. When I heard the announce I thought WTF. Then I gave it some thought and well this workout is kind of my jam, minus the dumbbell cleans.
So it went a little something like this. I paced it a tad too slow, but got 12 bar muscle ups before the 12 minute timer. While I'm happy with my performance I'll be redoing the workout today. Ideally I would like to get to the second round of bar muscle ups, but we'll see how things go. I'll post an update later today.
