The past few weeks have been Spent working at the office, painting and visits from family.  

Daddy's cousin came for a visit the other day.  He had not seen her for several years.  It was just what the doctor ordered.  He seems to be doing really well.  

We're still on a high from the visit from our youngest, Afton and her guy Nick.  It was a wonderful short time spent with them.  Plus Snicklefritz got to spend quality time with them which only enriches her life. 

Daddy was quite happy to see the girls too.   

Orchids in my bathroom are blooming their fool heads off.  They love the window.

This past Weekend some of my oldest best friends spent quality time at our cabin.  I've known these ladies for over 30 years. 

When I stopped to pick them up Tonya had these fun hats for us to wear for the weekend.

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful weekend of down time, fantastic weather, listening to birds, sipping wine and eating, eating, eating.  Girlfriend time is the best.
