Mark Ronson and Diplo‘s side project Silk City is coming together with the likes of Dua Lipa, The xx and Florence Welch for an intense collaboration.

In a recent interview with UK publication The Times, Ronson spilled the beans on the upcoming track: “The song is a belter… spiritual piano house music like they used to make … Lipa sounds imperious.” He went on to say the “One Kiss” singer “has this deep, soulful voice that harkens back to gospel house.”

With the creator of “Uptown Funk” being a sonic perfectionist and Diplo having a more laid-back approach to production, they may not be the perfect match, but with what’s already been created in “Only Can Get Better” and the description of this new unnamed track, the two have found common ground on which to make amazing music.
