Chuck Shaw Ready To Release Debut Album

AUSTIN, Texas — Seasoned by life on the road, grounded deep in Lone Star tradition, Texas-based singer/songwriter Chuck Shaw will unveil his eponymous debut album on Feb. 8.

Chuck Shaw stands out among other premiere releases in its application of diverse influences, including Shaw’s upbringing in New Jersey/Springsteen, to add depth and distinction to his lifelong love of Traditional Texas Country.

The album’s impact was foreseen when its debut single, “Burn That Oil,” dropped in September, inspiring TheDailyCountry.com to proclaim “traditional country music finds its newest champion. And the Texas music authorities at Buddy Magazine proclaim, “If you are a fan of traditional Texas country music, you will love this album from Chuck Shaw!”

Shaw and his band will continue to perform up to and beyond the album release. Confirmed dates include Jan. 18 at Buck’s Backyard in Buda, Texas; Jan. 22 at LSA Burger Co. in Denton, Texas; Feb. 8 at Railyard Bar & Grill in San Marcos and June 28 and 29 at the Concho Palace in San Angelo, Texas, along with several private events.
