Remember the name Ella M who releases her debut single 'Don't Know You' today. A fusion of powerful yet poised vocals and a dreamy electronic underlay. 'Don't Know You' is an emotive ballad which hooks into your brain and pretty much stays there.

Reading-born Ella M moved to New York and has recently returned to London to work on her music. Her debut single feels box-fresh with multiple layers, crisp production and seamless genre blending. Ella M's vibrant personality really shines through.

She comments on her debut single 'Don't Know You', "I find the song changes meaning for me at different points in my life but, at the time of writing it I was talking about a boyfriend I had at the time and the experience I had letting go when I was moving back to the London from New York. Of course, the meaning has changed a lot since then and relates to me in a completely different way concerning the excitement of new, different, and in some ways, better relationships."

Ella M is currently working on a body of work in order to release a full EP and plans to tour next summer. A hard worker, Ella M says, "You change your plans and you change your mind. I try to keep up, always left behind."

Despite a competitive industry and a lot of music coming out of London, Ella M truly glitters, already a star.
