YES! Julia Michaels’ debut single “Issues” just hit top 20 on iTunes sales chart. The 23-year-old singer-songwriter, who’s written hits for Selena Gomez (“Good For You”) Justin Bieber (“Sorry”) and Britney Spears (“Slumber Party”), recently inked a record deal with Republic Records and is gearing up the release of her debut EP for later this year.

Julia Michaels’ “Issues” continues to gain airplay at the pop and hot adult contemporary formats. It also continues to resonate with music buyers. Sunday night, the song climbed into the Top 20 on the US iTunes single sales chart.

“Issues” is an upbeat anthem about a relationship between people who have “issues,” but love each other enough to work past them.
