We currently have vacancies both in our warehouse and also within our office. At present we employ 40 members of staff at our premises in Matlock, Derbyshire. Due to increases in business we are currently looking for customer service/telephone sales advisors, order pickers and order packers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/TELEPHONE SALES ADVISOR
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Some Saturdays 8.30 am – 1.00 pm
Starting Wage £16.5K to 18K per annum. Fast progression available with experience.
This role requires a customer focused individual who is comfortable working in a telephone based environment and within a friendly team. Previous office or call centre experience would be an advantage. Knowledge of Land Rovers would also be beneficial although full training is given and Land Rover technical knowledge constantly available from other experienced staff.
The key duties of the role will include:
- Answering incoming customer enquiries relating to parts and accessories for Land Rovers.
- Answering incoming customer enquiries regarding existing orders. These include parcel tracking and delivery charges.
- Ordering items for specific customer orders. You will build up a good working relationship with our UK suppliers.
- Maintain computer records to ensure that full paper trails can be followed.
Requirements for the role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reasonable computer literacy (training to be given where necessary)
- An upbeat and positive approach
- The ability to work well under pressure remaining customer orientated and professional at all times

ORDER PICKER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
Order picker required for busy mail order warehouse, despatching motor vehicle parts worldwide. You will work as part of a team picking orders of Land Rover parts ready to be handed to our packing department ready for packing. Picking experience is not essential although an attention to detail is critical as picking lists range from one item orders to large orders involving dozens of lines.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Some Saturdays 8.30am – 1.00pm

ORDER PACKER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
Order packer required for busy mail order warehouse, despatching motor vehicle parts worldwide.You will work as part of a team to ensure that orders leave our premises as quickly and efficiently as possible. Parcel sizes range from small jiffy bags all the way to large pallets. You will work within a team of 8-10 full time people packing parcels ready for worldwide despatch.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Some Saturdays 8.30 am – 1.00 pm
