This meant a high degree of concentration was given to the whole build to provide top-notch quality to the restoration work. The bike was then given a custom CRSS Sub frame along with a custom handmade CRSS custom seat. The old battery was replaced by a new one while all the electrical controls were simplified to modern standards. The team also added a new digital speedometer to the build along with Koso indicators and a headlight sourced from the Harley Davidson V-Rod. The tail lamp was given a rather minimal smoked treatment.

Other mechanical bits added to the 1982 Yamaha XV750 CRSS 9 build were the likes of YSS sport mono shock for the rear and a K&N air filter. The Café Racer Sspirit team also made sure that the build featured a vast variety of custom CRSS special additions in the form of a 2 into 1 exhaust assembly, and custom fenders at both ends. The rubber shod on the gorgeous wheels is Firestone Champion Deluxe.
