Luis Bertelli, the owner of the Italian Luismoto has a strong relationship with the BMW R nineT. Right after the introduction of BMW retro machine, he saw the huge potential of this bike and create a range of custom versions. I’ve featured some of these bikes earlier: a beautiful BMW R nineT Scrambler in classic Marlboro trim and a cool scrambler inspired by the R80 G/S Dakar from the 80s. His last build is also inspired by the legendary GS: the R nineT “Legend”.

As a starting point, a BMW R NineT Scrambler was used to create a new bodywork and finally painted with livery recalling the “Legendary” BMW R100GS 1990s and in fact could be the evolution of the model if BMW over the years had not given the GS name to a completely different bike.
