BMW R100r Scrambler by Vagabund

The classic BMW motorcycles have become extremely popular in the last few years.  These bikes have produced some of the coolest cafe racers and scramblers around.  This BMW R100r Scrambler from Vagabund is a great example of this.  This Bike is a perfect example of how simple yet stunningly beautiful these classic BMW’s can be.

Vagabund’s bikes are pure works of art, yet functional.  The frame is a stock frame with a modified sub-frame and custom made tail section.  The tail is a super sleek and simple design.  A hand made undertail housing an LED tail light with a modern design. The result is an aggressive look in the rear combined with the exhaust.

Up front is a custom made headlight which is one of my favorite design aspects of the bike.  The housing not only holds the projector headlight but the Motogadget Motoscope Mini speedo.  Sunken into the housing, you may not even notice it unless you sit on the bike.   This is one of the simplest yet coolest designs on a headlight and speedo combo we have seen. Additionally, the signals are the Motogadget M-Blaze Disc barend signals.  These are on of our favorite products from Motogadget.  To beef up the forks and give them a fatter look, they build tube sleeves that fit between the triples.

To finish the bike off, Vagabund installed a cool Danmoto exhaust with an extreme angle and some cool knobby tires.  The result is a show quality motorcycle that is ready to hit the trails if you get bored of the pavement. Be sure to go check out more of Vagabund’s BMW builds.
