TextMarks Customers:

On Wednesday, September 5, 2018, TextMarks will be undergoing Maintenance to upgrade many of the servers powering our text messaging platform. As a result, your TextMarks account may be temporarily offline for up to 4 hours beginning at 9pm (PDT) on September 5.

During this 1 – 4 hour window, there may be delays processing inbound SMS messages from end users and sending outbound SMS messages to users. We will retain all messages and process them immediately upon restoration of service.

No action needs to be taken by you unless you anticipate needing to send messages during the maintenance window. If so, we ask that you schedule your messages earlier that day in order to ensure delivery.
