Even though they don’t make games inside the orange walls of Worx, I’ve still been able to learn so much as a tech intern. From researching the latest topics of web development to collaborating with full-timers on larger-scale operations, there’s never a shortage of things to do. Everyone’s a busy bee around here, but still makes sure to say hi and check in if they pass by my desk.
I’m thankful that the WORX team has been so friendly and inviting from the minute I stepped in the door, too. My one complaint? No juggling in the workplace.
Kidding, of course. But I actually do juggle, and it’s been shown in studies to release dopamine in the brain and help reduce stress among other things (which is probably why I learned during college). I’m definitely willing to teach others and spread the love… if we’re not busy working on a project, of course.
I’d better wrap this up, but you haven’t seen the last of me! ‘Til then,
