5 Tips to Set up AveJana Properly on Client Accounts

Setting up Avejana is super easy. To make it even easier we have put together 5 top tips for you. Try them out and see the Reviews rolling in for your clients.

1.  Add client Logo in Email template.

Adding the client’s company logo in the email will help their shoppers quickly identify the client. It helps in getting their attention quickly and they are more willing to give reviews.

Here is a great video on how to get your Mail After Purchase ready. https://avejana.com/set-avejana-mail-purchase/

2. Write a Warm but Short Message

Write a warm message. At the same time keep it short enough so that shoppers they don’t spend too much time reading it. We have already added a default template to new accounts. You can use the text from there. We suggest 2 lines at max. You can write things like “You recently bought these amazing products from us. How was your experience? Your reviews matter a lot to us. Please spare a moment for us.”

3.  Add Product Pictures in Review Requests

These pictures are automatically added by AveJana in your Review requests when you are using a platform like WooCommerce, Magento, etc. However, if you have a standalone website you must add the correct product photo URLs while creating new products.

Usually shoppers buy a lot of products from lot of stores simultaneously. Letting them know which ones they bought from you helps them respond easily and generates more reviews.

4. Enable Q&A Section on your Website

Q&A is another very powerful way of generating UGC. Usually shoppers ask a question when they are very seriously considering buying the product but some question is causing hesitation. Answering those questions quickly can help increase sales of your customers tremendously.

5. Smart Reminders

Ever so often shoppers will not respond to the first review request. Send them timely reminders. AveJana does this automatically for you and sends out two reminders when shoppers have not submitted reviews. However, if a shopper has given a review already then he will not be sent a reminder.

What you can do is set the reminders at a frequency that gives you maximum reviews. You can do this by going to Mail After Purchase > Invitation Settings.

That is it. It is so simply to optimize AveJana isn’t it? For any Feedback do leave your comments below.
