This post will help you install the Avejana Magento Extension on your Magento Ecommerce Store.

Step 1: If you don’t have an Avejana account yet, the create one here. Once you have created your aveJana account, you will get a welcome mail on your registered email id which will include all your login details.

Step 2: Download the aveJana Magento Extension.

Step 3: Log in to your Magento Admin. Go to System-> Magento connect->Magento connect manager in your admin panel. Login with the same credentials you use to access your admin panel.

Step 4:  Go to ‘Direct Package file Upload’. Upload the aveJana extension from your computer. Magento will show a success message that the package has been installed.

Step 5: Once the extension is successfully installed, go back to your admin dashboard. Logout and Login again.

Step 6: Now click the Avejana Reviews in the Magento admin dashboard. Select API Configurations

Step 7: Go to Settings> Extension Settings in your aveJana account. You will find all the details you need to add to your Magento Extension here. Add these details to Magento and move to step 8.

Step 8: You will now need to run a Cron job to pull all your products to the aveJana Dashboard. The Cron job will be required to run ONLY ONCE at the time of installation of aveJana. After that the system takes care of everything. Go to your Cpanel and click Cron Jobs. Then add the cron job as shown below. Once you add the Cron job, in a few minutes all products in your store will get uploaded automatically to aveJana Products> Product Catalog. Make sure the number of products in your store and in Product Catalog of aveJana are the same. If you face any issues then feel free to give us a shout and we will help you get it done. For eg: If your Server name is amagento and your website name is avejanamagento.com then the cron command would be /usr/bin/php -q /home/avejana/public_html/avejanamagento.com/cron.php. If you are not sure how to do this then just give us a shout. Help with Cron.
