Twitter Introduces New Customer Service Feature for Businesses


Social networking site, Twitter, has released a new feature for customer service for businesses. This feature will empower agents to react to direct messages by making use of custom profiles. The profiles, names will be displayed while they are involved in conversations with their customers instead of their company’s name and Twitter display photo.
