My Friday Favourite this week is WeQ4U – Skip Call Centre Queues.
What is it?
WeQ4U is a free app for your Android and iPhone. When you find yourself in a queue to a call centre, you can tap the button in the app and WeQ4U waits for you. When you’re finally connected to a call centre operator, the app telephones you back.
How can it help me?
Instead of listening to on hold, and paying for the privilege, WeQ4U saves you time and money.

How much does it cost?
WeQ4U is a free app that works with UK 01, 02, 03 and 08 numbers. WeQ4U calls are included in your regular phone minutes, just like 01 or 02 calls.
