A customized pricing will be given to your company based on area under management as well as the exact number of employees.

Does the number of employees refer to users or agents? Kindly clarify.

Our base slab is for 1000 employees and all of them will get the login access.

Why is there a big price difference between the perpetual license and the SaaS model?

Can the product get integrated with ERPs?

Yes, we have different kinds of the integration process. Depending on the requirement and technical feasibility, we will use that, like SFTP, FTP, APIs, FLAT FILE, DB to DB, etc.

Do you have APIs to connect with large ERPs?

Yes, we have, depending on the requirement, we will tweak the APIs accordingly.

What are the MIS reports that are available?

As of now, we are offering 6 different modules specific MIS reports with 100+ preformatted reports with Pie Chart/Bar Chart capabilities. Module-specific reports help the user/admin to view the information in a single click and can be exported to excel and other formats.

We are an IS0 27K certified company and when we host our data on the cloud, we expect our service provider to be ISO 27K certified. If not, what data theft/misuse precautions will be taken to convince us on data security? Our SaaS product is currently hosted by our Hosting Partner AWS who has got all relevant certifications like ISO/IEC 27001:2005, ISO 22301:2012 etc. Recently it was tested on the Azure platform of Microsoft and we have become their Silver Partner. So eventually in the coming quarters, we will be moving to Azure platform and they have the highest level of required certifications and security policies.

What is the ROI of using QuickFMS?

We have seen from other implementation that if the customer is going for the SaaS model of licensing, the ROI is from the 1st month itself. And, if they go for the enterprise license, then also the ROI is less than 6 months.

Is 24/7 support available?

Our platform is very stable and easy to use, for premium customers we do offer phone and email support 24/7. If a specific requirement is there, dedicated resources either offsite or at client location can also be deployed.

Do you offer Enterprise version as well?

Our SaaS offering is called QuickFMS while the Enterprise Version with an onsite license is offered as A-Mantra. For Government and related entities, we recommend QuickFMS because the license is given free of cost and the customer only has to bear a maintenance cost related to the initial creation of the data sets and subsequently to keep it updated. This model ensures the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is low and the Return on Investment (ROI) practically accrues from the first quarter itself.

If there are any specific data security policies followed by the customer organization we study those and ensure compliance with them. However, if Enterprise deployment is sought and budget is not a constraint for purchasing a license, then we are perfectly comfortable offering that model too. In such instances, the payment model can be tweaked to waive the license fee but the hosting charges and monthly maintenance costs would be higher than in the SaaS version.

Can we do customization in SaaS model as per customer requests?

SaaS pitches have started very recently, so we will have to keep this option open. However, our strategy is to evaluate each request and decide whether it can be incorporated into the core product based on our understanding of the market and customer needs. Unless we decide to incorporate, the SaaS model will not offer customization other than some reports. Those who need customization will have to opt for the Enterprise software option.

Is this S/W accessed from Android phones or only selected views?

It is compatible with HTML5 and can be accessed by Android devices. Recently, we launched helpdesk app and other modules are in the pipeline.

Can the product handle different time zones and currencies?

Yes, the user can choose the time zone option in the profile page and set it as per their need. And, depending on the time zone chosen, the relevant currency will be considered in the product.

Why would a company leave their current system and move to your application?

Don’t envisage companies who have an existing system and are happy with it to consider a move. Right now most potential customers we are speaking to, including Billion dollar companies, don’t even have a solution which was very surprising. Those who have it but need a change due to challenges being faced are talking to us.
