Tags: forgotten

Driven alone of a thought ending,
Binging gravely over anxiety,
Frigid and stone cold in a warm embrace.

Eerie silences in full rooms,
Chasing stingy and the dark away,
But, oh, temporarily so.

Faltering in steps,
Drowning inside a mind,
Wailing and screeching.

Gritting over tense wondering,
Erratic in a world unknown,
Scrounging for some aid.

Holding on to slivers of whispers,
Forgetting wild promises of self preservation,
In jiffy of a stupor.

Igniting embers Forgotten,
Gloriously setting a fire,
Onto thoughts that should be ebbing away.

Jostling onto swollen knees,
Horrifyingly old,
Fifty years before time.

Keening towards berating bliss,
Incredulous about unfair rides,
Of life, in the hell of indolence.

Listlessly stagnant,
Hillbillying awaiting the end,
Too scared to live.

Mourning loss of power,
In a bleeding world,
Lest you work some.

Needless to live,
Jarred into surviving,
With no sight of an end.

Omniously forgotten,
Knowing hands whimpering,
Over scars that seem to bleed.

Pondering on withering leaves,
Laying awake,
Bereft of sleep,
Meaninglessly alive.
