Hello friends. (smile) Welcome to Day 21 of the A to Z Challenge. Thoughts and what we think about ourself.   Recognition.
  
Negative thoughts cripple when the focus stays on the negative. 

Negative thoughts reinforced themselves when someone echos back that very thought.  

Recognition is my metaphor for remembering all that’s good by focusing on what God says……

  
The upside of recognition:

Believing what God says….. and remembering that.
