Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette Makeup Look

All hail the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette. I’ve had this for about a month and realized I never posted a look using the palette. I wanted to share my thoughts on the shades, as well, and generally give you a look at it all. It’s definitely one of my favorite palettes in terms of warm toned eyeshadows.

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

The palette looks exactly like their other Naked Palettes that they are known for, but the packaging has the whole “on fire” aesthetic to it. These shades are all warm tones in the orange, red, gold, and copper family. There are so many warm toned palettes out there right now, so honestly I think if you owned this one, you’d be set.

Get the Look:

  1. Place “He Devil” in the crease of your eye and generously blend this upward.
  2. Grab “En Fuego” and work it into the socket of your eye only. This darkens it all up and gives your eye that definition that we want.
  3. Darken the outer-third of the eye up even more by using “Ashes.”
  4. Pat “Lumbre” all over the eye lid. This shade is GORGEOUS!
  5. Finish the look off with “Ember” along the lower lash-line. This is my favorite shade in the entire palette. It is so unique, with orange and copper shimmer suspended in a dark base.

Because I think that black liner looks so amazing with warm tones, I went and added some to my water-line and tight-lined my upper lashes. They contrast each other and all of those warm, fiery tones end up looking even bolder.

I’m not entirely sure what else to say except that I didn’t need to use any eyeshadow primer or base to achieve this look. It’s extremely pigmented and the shadows blend like perfection.

I think warm tones can intimidate people because they’re unsure if they can pull them off based on their eye color or skin tone. I honestly believe this is a palette that works on all skin tones and eye colors. Urban Decay made another knockout hit!
