Now that the holidays are over, it's time to turn attention to making this new year the best one ever! We hear over and over, think it, believe it, receive it. Some people might be a bit lost as to how to actually make this Happen. A recent issue of Evolution Ezine had an article that specifically tells you how to do this. If you are not familiar with Evolution Ezine, it might be a good idea to check it out.

The article is too long to repeat here and the part I'm referring to is about half way down the page and titled "Writing Your Intentions Step by Step". In a nutshell, here is what it spells out:

1) Decide what you want
2) Make your intentions specific
3) Refine and edit
4) Make room in your statement for something "better" ----for the benefit of all
5) Review often
