Free Self Reflection Worksheets for Ultimate Growth

Self-reflection means to practice general mediation or a deep thought about one’s character, actions or motives. Or so the internet tells me. And self-reflection is an essential practice to help you gain the ultimate growth you desire the most out of this life. To me, self-reflection simply means to sit back and take stock in the happy moments in your life. To evaluate yourself consistently and find new ways to improve and grow within yourself. One of my favorite forms of self-reflection is through journaling. There is something about writing that really allows me to explore my thoughts and self reflect. Unfortunately, I do not have time each day to sit and reflect on my thoughts and feelings. Recently I have been doing Weekly reflection to give in my dose of Gratitude, self-care, and happiness. Weekly Highlights One of the biggest turning points in my adult life came when I realized that the best part of life is really found in the simple moments. That is why simple living takes up such a large part of my content on my blog. I think that simple living is something we should all be mindful of and try to really connect to. Now more than ever, There are many aspects of simple living that can help create happiness and wellbeing. One of my favorites is self-reflection on the simple happy moments of our life is a great way to find joy in the simple moments. That is why this worksheet is short and sweet. Simply reflect on three highlights from your week. Maybe it was something small like having tea with your mom or something big like going on a trip. The point is to sit and reflect before rushing off to tackle the next awesome thing waiting to happen in your life. Weekly Gratitude I have come to learn that gratitude is more than simply a conceptual word that we throw around when we get presents or, someone shows us, love. Gratitude is a muscle. Just like every other emotion. It needs to be worked, and through practicing gratitude it grows and grows. It becomes stronger and starts to impact our lives in ways we could not imagine. The beauty of gratitude begins to infiltrate the way we think about ourselves, others and our life. The more you work it the more you have of it. Gratitude is cool like that. Which is why I included a gratitude worksheet as an essential tool for ultimate growth and joy. If you are like me then reflecting and practicing gratitude each week will just multiply the amount of it you have in your life. Weekly Self Care Checklist Self-care can be difficult to get into the habit of doing for ourselves. It is a sad truth. We would rather tackle a laundry list of items for our households, work, and family before we even begin thinking about taking time for ourselves. What is the deal with that? It takes more than one special moment or one day to cultivate the real love within you that you may have been neglecting from yourself.
