People who are aware of these have learned healthy ways of dealing with their stress and problems, which are a normal part of life. They are very confident and also enjoy healthy relationships with friends and family.

But sometimes, certain changes in life can damage emotional health, which may lead to a strong feeling of sadness, stress, or anxiety. These Negative Emotions can severely affect one’s health.

  4. These psychological changes force the person to engage in negative self-talk leading to anxiety and panic
  5. These self-talks can be long lasting and become a habitual pattern, which can give rise to stress related illness like high blood pressure, strokes, ulcers, insomnia, cardiovascular diseases, diarrhea, weight gain or weight loss.
  6. Negative self-talk can also make a person less confident and can also lead to lower self- esteem, feeling of worthlessness lack of strength and low energy
