Vegan for a month

Hei! Pealkirja järgi võite juba järeldada, et hakkan veganiks… Ajutiselt. Ehk Proovin olla Vegan 1 kuu. Peamiseks põhjuseks, miks proovin veganlust on see, et koostan kooli jaoks uurimistööd samal teemal. Muidugi proovin veganlust ka selleks, et saada teada, kui raske on olla ilma lihata ja muude loomset päritolu toitudetta, mida terve elu olen harjunud sööma. Kindlasti ei ole vegan olla nii lihtne kui seda ette kujutan, aga usun, et saan hakkama. Keeruline on ka koostada toitumiskava ja mõelda milliseid toite teha. Muidugi pean ka jälgima päevaseid kalori norme ning et saaksin toidust vajalikud vitamiinid/toitained kätte. Veganlusega alustan esimesest augustist ning kirjutan oma veganteekonnast ja retseptidest blogis lähemalt. :)

Hi! By the title, you can already say that I’m going to be a vegan … Temporarily. I’m trying to be vegan for 1 month. The main reason why I try veganism is that I will make a study on the subject for the school. Of course, I also want to find out how hard it is not to eat meat and other foods of animal origin that I have used to eat all my life. Certainly, I think it’s not as easy as I imagine to be a vegan, but I believe I can handle it. It is also difficult to make a meal plan and think about what food to eat. Of course, I also need to observe daily calorie standards and get some of the necessary vitamins/nutrients from food. I’m starting with veganism on the first of August, and I will also write about my vegan journey on the blog. :)
