What is your favorite customer experience?
Working in Attorney Services we are able to see customers who are truly grateful for the ability to speak with an attorney and get guidance and clarification on their legal matter on a regular basis. Some of the situations are relatively everyday situations, some are quite a bit more colorful and unique!
What do you love most about working for Rocket Lawyer?
I love knowing we are making a difference for people with legal situations that they aren’t sure how to handle. I also have an amazing group of people I work with and look forward to seeing them every day!
Who inspires you?
My daughter inspires me to be the best person I can be for her.

What is your favorite customer experience?
I love when some calls or writes in to let us know that the attorney we connected them was able to help them and they want to thank us. It makes me feel like at the end of the day we may not be changing the world but we are making positive impacts on people’s lives.
What do you love most about working for Rocket Lawyer?
I love working for a company that makes employees feel like they matter and that’s exactly what RL does.They show appreciation in so many ways. It makes me want to come to work and do my best daily and I know it helps morale.
Who inspires you?
This is a hard question. I can’t say one person inspires me. I admire qualities in different people for different reasons. Their qualities, habits, and things that just seem to be ingrained in them inspire me.

What is your favorite movie?
That’s tough, but I would say my favorite would be Pretty In Pink, or Fantastic Mr. Fox.
What is your favorite customer experience?
My favorite customer experience would be when a woman that was an owner of a small business contacted On Call to be connected for an urgent contract breach in Colorado. Long story short, she was in a position where she couldn’t even work from her office due to the severity of the legal matter, and the harassment from the other party. Her main concern was timing, as the turnaround time for a consult can be up to 48 hours. I called the attorney Mr. Kyle Usrey, out of Boulder, CO. He informed me that he was happy to call her right away. Because I knew how stressed she had been, I decided to call her back to inform her that he could assist. She then thanked me endlessly for 5 minutes and expressed to me that she wouldn’t know what she would’ve done without our service. She then called me a week later to give me an update on everything, in which she stated the attorney was most helpful, as was our customer service. She made sure to let me know that she and her husband could finally sleep at night! This was my favorite experience because I felt like I made a big difference in both this woman’s personal life, as well as business.
What do you love most about working for Rocket Lawyer?
I love the atmosphere surrounding the company, as well as the value the service holds. Rocket Lawyer is a service that I 100% stand behind, and I’m so happy that I get to see the great impact it has on people on a daily basis!
Who inspires you?
There are many people that inspire me. However, I would say that my number one inspiration would be my Mother. She has taught me the good values to have in life, to stand up for myself, to always know my worth, and has taught me to have a good work ethic. She is the most selfless person I’ve had the honor of having in my life, and I can only hope to one day be half the Mother she is to me.

What is your favorite customer experience?
Member called in needing assistance, was a retired NY cop and retired veteran. After discussing his matter, he was extremely nice and had been taken advantage of. We were able to get him connected with an attorney right away who had agreed to assist him. He stated that he didn’t know anyone from Utah and now does. We developed a close business/member relationship where I’m confident he will be a long time member feeling that we will always have his back.
What do you love most about working for Rocket Lawyer?
I love the work-family feeling we have here. Everyone here is great to work with!

What is your favorite movie?
Honestly, any movie with Mark Wahlberg in it.
What is your favorite customer experience?
A member called in once regarding a divorce. I was able to get the member connected to an attorney that was able to help her. She called in happy with the service and the lawyer we got her connected with.
What do you love most about working for Rocket Lawyer?
I love the environment and family atmosphere. I also love the satisfaction of being able to help members get the affordable legal advice they need in order to solve a problem.
Who inspires you?
My dad has always been my biggest inspiration throughout my life. He has taught me what hard work is and to never give up no matter how things may be.

Passionate, for sure!
What is your favorite movie?
That’s hard…I have a few! I would have to say that the most recent movie I really enjoyed was The Martian because Matt Damon killed it surviving on another planet by himself. So smart. I would definitely die if I had to survive by myself on another planet!
What is your favorite customer experience?
I have had so many! Going from CS to On Call, there have been a few! Any experience where I can help someone is my favorite and fulfilling!
What do you love most about working for Rocket Lawyer?
What I love about working for Rocket Lawyer is being a part of a company where I can witness growth. It’s so cool to see Rocket Lawyer progress, and I know there will be so much more to come!
Who inspires you?
I don’t believe I have just one person who inspires me. I get inspired on a daily basis. All the people who have taught me something and are strong-willed/genuine individuals are inspirations to me!
