• Moving Averages

Although the moving averages are one of the oldest tools in technical analysis, it still is one of the most powerful tools to determine the direction of the market. In Momentum Fast Trading forex trading system two moving averages are the main signal generator indicator. The crossovers of the two moving averages generate the buying and selling signal and those signals are verified by the indicators in the indicator window.

• FXST

This indicator consists of histograms that move in positive and negative territory. The positive histograms indicate bullish signal while the negative histograms indicate bearish signal.

• Nihilist

There are three versions of Nihilist indicators in this system. You should be buying only when all these indicators are green and you should be selling when all these indicators are red.

Buying Conditions Using Momentum Fast Trading.

• The market should be up trending.
• Market should be rising from the recent swing low.
• The pink moving average should cross above the yellow moving aveage.
• The FXST histogram should be in positive territory.
• All three Nihilist indicators should be green.
• Place your long position as soon as above conditions are met.
• Place your stop loss just below the recent swing low.
• Take your profit when the pink moving average crosses below the yellow moving average.

Selling Conditions Using Momentum Fast Trading.

• The market should be down trending.
• Market should be falling from the recent swing high.
• The pink moving average should cross below the yellow moving average.
• The FXST histogram should be in negative territory.
• All three Nihilist indicators should be red.
• Place your short position as soon as above conditions are met.
• Place your stop loss just above the recent swing high.
• Take your profit when the pink moving average crosses above the yellow moving average.
