Bandra Kurla complex is a one of the most popular planned commercial complex located in South Mumbai. According to MMRDA, the complex is the first of series centers which were constructed to decongest southern Mumbai and seed new areas of a planned commercial real estate in the metropolitan region. It is also the proposed Terminus of the Mumbai Ahmedabad Bullet Train.

That’s why property prices in BKC are in the range of Rs 40,000-50,000 per sq ft when it comes to reputed developers.”
