Affiliates will earn up to 8.5% on books, 5% on Music, DVD, video, textbook, prints, and posters, and 2.5% on merchandise from the BookQuest Dealer Direct Program. Payments will be made within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter period. The minimum balance requirement is $40.
