UK’s prime minister wants ISPs to start Blocking content he chooses. Some have called it “the great wall of Cameron“, a hint to China’s opressive regime’s way of dealing with blocking Websites.

Some websites are certainly imoral and they should be avoided. But the question is, who is to make that decision and are there any ways for this to turn into abuse?
