Invite your friend to go through the Ordering Process in your website. Ask him to buy something from your website and start from the Home page.

Write down everythings that he encountered during the process. You may find eliminate those barriers can greatly improve your conversion rate.

Think again the position, style, color, size of the Buy Button. A minor adjustment on the Buy button can give user a different prespective.

Is one Buy button enough? If you’ve a long page, you may consider to put one or two more buy button.

3. Contact Us
Check the contact page and ensure all the contact details are correct.

If customer experience any problems during the ordering process, “Contact Us” page is the first thing he look for. Responsive customer service give customer confidence to make business with you.
