The printer Driver can be installed in the printer, and the issue can be fixed by finding and downloading the printer driver file from the manufacturer site.

1. Make sure that you download the latest driver from the site.
2. Go to the site and choose the printer model and choose the operating system.
3. Click on the download button on the website to begin the driver download.
4. Wait until the file is downloaded completely and the file can be accessed from the downloads folder.
5. The downloads folder of the computer will contain a file with an extension of .exe.
6. Double click on the downloaded file to begin the installation and make sure that you proceed the steps carefully during the installation.
7. During the driver installation, select the language for the driver installation.
8. The printer driver installation asks for the terms and conditions, accept to it after reading them.
9. Choose the type of connectivity that you prefer during the installation.

12. Selection the region in which the printer is being set up.
13. Click on the finish button after the driver installation, and test print a document to complete the driver setup and installation.
14. If you can find any issues during the installation, you can reinstall the printer driver and proceed with the installation again.
