The decision made by the Council of Ministers of Andorra is that, from April 1, 2019, all documents that will be sent to the BOPA (Official Gazette of the Principality of Andorra) should be sent by email. Thus, the Andorran government confirms its intention to modernize their systems and strengthen the use of electronic administration.
The goal is to reduce the time it takes to process papers, save on space previously used for archiving and reduce paper consumption.
