Firstly login your facebook account. Just follow the picture below and click on down arrow then select settings.

When General account settings pages open just click on- Download a Copy.

Now a new page will appear and you will see your download information. Then just click on Start My Archive green button.

Then you need to enter your password. Then you click on Start My Archive. Picture Below-

When you click on Start My Archive, A popup will open like below. You will see your email address and just click on Okay button.

Now you will see a message like below.

Now login to go to your email inbox and you will get a mail from facebook such as “Your Facebook Download is Read”. Just open the email and like as- click on the link.

Now you will see a “Download Archive” the green button. Just click on the green button and need to enter your password.

After start downloading you will get a ZIP file. Just extract the file and you will get your all deleted messages, Photos and Videos.
