PHOENIX, Ariz. (Heartland Newsfeed) — The NBC affiliate in Phoenix, 12 News, held a mayoral Debate Monday night featuring the four candidates for the city’s special election for mayor.

The debate, conducted in partnership with the Sandra Day O’Connor Institute, featured:

• Kate Gallego and Daniel Valenzuela, two former members of the city council
• Moses Sanchez, a former Tempe school board member
• Nicholas Sarwark, a business executive and chairman of the Libertarian National Committee
