OJ whose real name is Dennis Mugo was a favorite star in Tahidi High show. The Sensational actor had become recognized and instantly gained a household name primarily from the watchers who followed the episodes of the show religiously. He acted as a bad boy in the show that made him steal the spotlight.

He Left the show years ago with the likes of Sarah Hassan (Tanya) and Abel Mutua (Freddy). He went off the screen after the allegations he had been fired for having a  lousy behaviour around. It was a significant loss for the show as many viewers stopped watching the show on Citizen TV.

Later in 2015, he reported he had moved to the K24 TV as creation Associate of Kikwetu Super Chef, a cooking Program yet again he left.

 It is a Comeback for OJ with his new role as Teacher Oscar Ojiambo.  “Great colleagues that make work seem like a play. We have a new teacher on board. OJ is back. Mwalimu Oscar Ojiambo,” said Veronica Mwaura.
