Today I'm sharing the journey of a piece of furniture that inspired me many years ago and has evolved with me along the way. I don't pretend to be an expert in furniture makeovers, and every step of this transformation was a huge learning process. So this isn't so much of a step by step tutorial as it is a story of its transformation from neglected old dresser to modern farmhouse media cabinet. This new statement piece in our living room reminds me of my childhood, my first years as an independent young adult, and my journey to find balance in motherhood.
