A gated new Community is headed to Livingston Road, soon to include around two-dozen new Luxury Homes. The Enclave of Distinction will eventually provide space for 27-homes, found just to the south of the Collier/Lee County line. Plans call for the addition of single- and two-story floor plans, with estate-style homes ranging from around 3,200 square feet of living space to more than 5,000 square feet of space. With five different floor plans to choose from, some suggest it’s likely the homes and lots will be priced starting around $1.5 million, putting them relatively on the same scale as the luxury homes of nearby Mediterra. While an entirely separate community from The Enclave of Distinction, the Mediterra community does wrap around the new community on three sides. Construction of the first model home there could come by the end of the year, with a sales office at the site opening soon. The new community sits on a nearly 18-acre property, with homes expected to be constructed around a private road encircling a lake. In total, the property will offer two lakes and some preserve areas, as well as some additional green space. Many of the homes will, in turn, overlook the preserve and the lakes. This new, North Naples community is a product of Distinctive Communities, a family-owned, luxury developer and custom homebuilding company. The company is also tied to the detached luxury villas of The Watercourse at Talis Park. In addition, you’ll find lakefront villas at Miromar Lakes and luxury homes from the company constructed within Wild Orchid at Olde Cypress. The new location of The Enclave of Distinction puts future residents within easy access of I-75, plus close to many area attractions in North Naples. In addition, the setting is also not far from some of the region’s most favored beaches.
