It's Official !! The 2011 Rose Bowl teams will be my hometown (Madison) Wisconsin Badgers vs the TCU Horned Frogs ! (go Bucky)
I'll leave all the stats and hype for the professional sports writers, but those in the know certainly seem to think this match-up is fitting for this Grand-daddy of Bowl games ! (teach me how to Bucky!)
(Here's the little bit I did read ! It's been ELEVEN years since the Badger's last trip to Pasadena (1999) -- which ended in a 38-31 win over the UCLA Bruins !! And the Horned Frogs have a 1939 Sugar Bowl win, went undefeated this season, AND blew up one-half of their home (Amon G. Carter) stadium in preparation for this event ! wow !)
