Ingredients

- Baby corn - 250gms
- Garam masala powder - 1/2tsp
- Haldi - A pinch
- Ghee - 2tsp
- Oil - 2tsp
- Coriander - finely chopped
- Onions finely chopped - 2
- tomatoes finely chopped - 1
- Ginger paste - 1tsp
- Garlic pods - 8
- Green chillies - 4
- Grated coconut - 3tsp
- Methi seeds - 1tsp
- Elachi powder - 1tsp
- Cloves - 4
- Curry leaves - few
- Soaked chewnut - 10
- salt to taste
- Pressure cook the thinly sliced baby corn.
- Grind onions and tomatoes to a fine paste.
- Grind ginger,garlic,cloves,and green chillies to a fine paste
- Also grind chasew nut,grated coconut and methi to a fine paste seperately
- Put ghee and oil in a kadai on a small flame
- Add curry leaves,tomato onion paste,ginger garlic paste,elachi powder,haldi and stir for sometime
- Add garam masala powderand stir for some time
- After the gravy become thick add some water and add salt to taste
- Then add cooked baby corn and cook for 10 minutes
- Then add coconut and chesew nut paste and cook until the gravy becomes thick
