Techniques:

Adam's leg was still questionable so we worked on the double-bokken set of Koryu Dai San.  There are no falls in it, so it was safe for him.

We made it through the first 5 of the set.  At the end of class, Laura videoed us using Adam's phone.  He's going to use it as a reference when he's up in Stillwater.
