Episode two of Ray’s brand new series Australian Wilderness is scheduled to be broadcast at 8:00PM on Friday 20th October on ITV1.

The survivalist and adventurer continues his journey through rural Australia in search of its remarkable landscapes, extraordinary wildlife and the people who manage to survive in its wilderness. In the nation’s Northern Territory in the waterways of Kakadu, Ray encounters the fearsome salt-water crocodile, the largest of which can exceed six metres in length. He also stays with an Aboriginal family whose members share the secrets of farming with fire and creating meals with ingredients procured from the Bush.
