Summer means a lot of fun, but it also means dropping some cash on a whole new wardrobe for those kiddos. I’m always shocked with I see the price tag on kids’ shoes. They’re often as much as mine! Insane. I was super excited when I saw this deal, and felt it was worth of a whole post I mean $5 Kid shoes? And NOT from a yard sale??? Maybe you’ve heard of Fab Kids? I had heard of it, but honestly, I often don’t pay too much attention to stuff like that. Then, I went shopping for my soon to be first grade twins. I was SO disappointed in the selection in stores. Honestly, most of the clothing i didn’t feel was super appropriate for my young daughters. Shorts that were too short. Shirts that had one too many emojis on them. I’m seriously SO sad we moved up from the toddler section because the selection just wasn’t great in my opinion. I thought I’d look into Fab Kids after a girlfriend raved about the clothes and shoes she gets there.

I loved it so much, I went back for outfits for my girls. They’re twins, but boy could they be more different? They were able to pick their own style and the outfits they like the best.

Mom was happy because the price was right AND the styles were ones she’d even wear, but in little people sizes. They, in my opinion, were age appropriate and great quality.

Quick run down of how it works.

1. You sign up as a VIP (this does require entering your CC information. Don’t worry.)
2.  Use your initial $10 credit (Making shoes 2 for $9.95 shipped!) on shoes or an outfit. Note: Outfits come with several pieces. It’s an outfit, not just a one item purchase.
3. Each month, you pay $29,95, which is applied toward credit of your clothing/shoes picks. $29.95 equates (for the most part) to one whole outfit. I honestly think this is GREAT value for a whole set! Think pair of jeans and a shirt and headband. You’re going to be spending at least that amount (probably more) at most stores and their clothes aren’t as darling as Fab Kids!!!

   You can choose to skip any month you want, or several in a row. You’re not “locked in”. Visit your Fabshop between the 1st to 5th of the month to check out the latest outfits, and if you are not yet ready to make a purchase, simply click the Pink button that says ‘Skip’ the month located under Rewards Points. After you completed the process you will see a confirmation saying ‘You’ve Skipped’. If you happen to forget to skip, no worries, that money is not lost, rather applied as credit towards the next month.

   4. You can cancel at ANY TIME (even after you get your 2 shoes for $9.95 shipped if you want!), by calling Member Services Team at 1-855-FAB-KIDS. It’s quick (3 minutes) and painless. Promise.

   I’m super happy with the quality of clothes I got at an affordable price. AND, any time I don’t have to step in a store, I’m all about it. Plus, my girls loved being able to pick out their own outfit each month! I love to see them defining themselves, and feeling beautiful on the outside (although their inside is more beautiful than ANY outfit!).
