Interior designers who create spaces in hotels and restaurants are often called Hospitality designers. According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average salary for someone in specialized design services is approximately $52,000 per year**. As a whole, the job outlook for interior designers is good since the field is expected to increase significantly in the next few years.
