10 practical tips to best enjoy your skiing days

1. Activate your body: Prioritize simple habits that are useful to awaken your body. Taking the stairs, walking a few steps in the morning and some mobility exercises allow you to start the day with the right amount of energy.

2.Objectively assess your physical condition and skills.. A day of skiing beyond your limits will not make you fully enjoy your experience

3.Take a few minutes to warm up before you put your skis on. A few warm-up exercises will give you a great benefit, to prevent injuries and ski safely.

4.Smartly assess the first ski slopes to start from. It’s preferable to choose a medium-easy ski slope, with good light and a regular ground.

5.Address the mountain with the right nutrition. Give priority to a full breakfast and do not eat a large meal for lunch if you’re going to ski in the afternoon.

6.Do not forget to drink plenty of water, even during a ski trip. Even if you don’t feel the sensation of thirst, your body still needs to replenish fluids.
