Workout Log Week 3, Day 6 - Legs

I did legs instead of back and delts. Dumbbell bench press worked my triceps more than my chest and my triceps burned out before chest. I still have pain after 1 night, so I decided to work on my legs.

Tonight I was focused on improving my squat form. The most frustrating is that there is no barbell at our gym. It is almost impossible for me to do squat with dumbbells. I couldn't hold the dumbbells on my shoulders to do squats. I don't know what else to do. I'm stucked again.

Reverse Lunge 13.6kg(30lb) 15/12
- Superset - Bulgarian Squat 15/12
Dumbbell Squat 13.6kg(30lb) 15/12
- Superset - Leg Press 38.5kg(85lb) 15/12
