Carb Cycling and the Bodyopus Diet

Bodyopus Diet

Bodybuilding and steroidsjust don’t go together – regardless of how “advantageous” performance enhancing drugs might seem. This is why Bodybuilders today have taken to making use of tried and tested natural techniques that would allow them to lose fat while at the same time building their muscles. Carb Cycling and the Bodyopus Diet are two of those methods and so far have proven to be highly successful.

Carb Cycling
As the name suggests, carb cycling is basically “cycling” a person’s carbohydrates intake from low-carb to high-carb and vice versa. By minimizing one's carbohydrate intake, individuals would be able to create a calorie deficit, stimulating fat loss. Switching back to a high-carb Diet will then help a person restore their energy and speed up metabolism. In terms of effectiveness, carb cycling has been proven to not only help individuals lose weight but also make it easier for bodybuilders to bulk up. A popular approach when it comes to carb cycling is eating at least five meals a day or every three hours. This allows the body to run efficiently on food without gaining too much weight in the process.

Bodyopus
Created by Dan Duchanine, the Bodyopus diet is currently a favorite of many bodybuilders. This is because unlike other bodybuilding techniques, Bodyopus was specially made for people who are not overweight or those who do not need to lose fat. Instead, it teaches individuals with the right BMI how to improve their bodies further by building their muscles. The concept is simple: individuals would need to be on a low carb diet for five days a week and on a high carb diet during the next two days.

Do not be concerned by the fact that Duchanine has been dubbed the “Steroid Guru”. The Bodyopus diet is completely natural and takes advantage of the body’s natural processes to provide individuals with a leaner and more ripped physique. Bodyopus is currently available as an eBook and has received good reviews from various bodybuilders.

Carb Cycling and the Bodyopus Diet are actually two different types of approaches for bodybuilding. Both however utilize the “Ketosis” approach by introducing their body to a low carbohydrate diet. Note that although both products have been approved for use by bodybuilders worldwide, these methods would still require strict monitoring in order to work. The good news is that personal trainers are not necessary for these to work – a simple book or guide would be enough for bodybuilders to follow.

Of course, those aren’t the only methods used by bodybuilders in order to get in shape and pump up their muscles. With so many effective techniques that can be used today, combining bodybuilding and steroids use is really not an option and should not be tried by anyone. Combine the above methods with the right strength and cardio workouts and individuals should find themselves well-bulked up for competition.
