I LOVE Arugula and its bitter crunchy taste. So it became a huge part of my regular diet.
What do you need?
- Arugula Leaves
- Pine Nuts
- Raisins
- 1/2 Avocado
- Wasabi Mustard
- Soy sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Throw all the ingredients together on the plate nicely, on top of the arugula leaves
This salad combines a great variety of bud sensations: the sweet from the raisin, the bitter from the arugula, the spicy from the Wasabi and the salt from the Soy Sauce. The avocado will help make you feel satisfied, but adding fresh bread makes it a complete meal.
