Hi All! Below is a list of upcomming Summer and Fall Class I'll be teaching at the City of Loveland Chilson Rec Center. Each class is being taught twice on different days and times. Looking forward to seeing new and old faces alike!

Class Title:  Herbs for the Lymphatic System
Full Description: The Lymphatic System is probably the most forgotten of all body systems- but by improving the flow of lymph we can increase our immunity and help our body to overcome illness in shorter periods of time. Sign up and learn about the Lymphatic System, what lymph is, and why it’s so important to keep it moving!

Class Title:  Herbs for Emotional Healing
Full Description:  Come learn how to use herbs to support emotional healing from stress, anxiety and trauma. We will focus on the Endocrine System and specific herbs for adrenal support and nourishing the nervous system. Topics will cover the difference between stress and anxiety as well as how the chemicals adrenalin and cortisol affect our bodies.

Class Title: Grow Your Own First-Aid Garden
Full Description: An educational class covering ten favorite medicinal herbs and their plant profiles. You’ll learn about growing, harvesting, drying and processing guidelines. Plus, we’ll talk about traditional uses and applications, energetics, product making and so much more! Come learn how easy it is to grow your own natural and organic first aid kit! Take home herbal recipes and a project made in class.

Class Title: Food and Medicine Gardening on the Urban Homestead 
Full Description: An educational class covering medicinal vegetables and herbs worth gardening on your property. Covers favorite medicinal herbs used for personal wellness, chicken coop health, bee and other pollinator food sources and even ways to turn your front and back yard into a little business! We’ll cover plant profiles, growing, harvesting, drying and processing guidelines.  Class includes starter seed kit!

Class Title: The Energetics of Plant Medicine
Full Description: Join me and learn about the energetics of plant medicine, tasting herbs, extrasensory perceptions, herbal temperatures, flavors, and how to match the right herb to the right person. Build an understanding of: signs of heat, coldness, dampness, and dryness in the body and the proper herbal energetics needed to bring balance and health back. Keynote presentation covers alder, apple, bay, birch, cedar, coffee, cottonwood, elder, ginkgo, hawthorn, juniper, lemon, linden, maple, oak, peach, pine, walnut, willow, and wild cherry.
