Eating very few calories will crash your metabolism which makes it even more difficult to burn fat and in the long run you will gain weight!

Everyone needs quick fix, this mentality is making the "Magical Pills" and "Worms" more popular and the results - You remain the same and someone will makes millions in their pockets. You cannot take a pill and watch you become slim. If that was the case, all the people in this country would walk in great shape. The formula for Weight Loss = Diet+Cardio+Weight Training. You cannot lose 10 pounds in 10 days or 30 pounds in 15 days as the advertisement says, they are all looking to pull the money from your pocket. If you see anything like this its sure a Big SCAM. This tip alone can save you thousands of dollars. A realistic goal will be to lose 1-2 pounds a week.

No matter what I do,I cannot lose weight!

What all methods have you tried to lose weight?
Among them how many were right?
How many times you stayed motivated for at least 3 months?
How many times you stayed away from ice creams, soft drinks?
For how many months you did proper diet, cardio and weight training?

Fill your kitchen with quality foods and increase your activity and see you losing weight.

It is impossible to lose fat from a particular area of your body.You have to reduce your overall body fat and stop trying for spot reduction which is impossible.Have you ever seen a man with ripped six pack abs and chubby chest and thighs? Or a woman with toned abs and chubby legs?
