What to do with that left-over broccoli?...

...Blend it in to your morning smoothie!!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup of 100 percent cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 packet ThinStick™ or 2 scoops ThinStick Shake
  • ice cubes, as desired
  • For additional antioxidants, blend in some strawberries or other fresh berries you may have
Combine all ingredients in your blender and enjoy!
